Famous for his “syrup”, a combination made up chiefly of promethazine and codeine, usualy prescribed for colds and pneumonia, New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne, is getting his documentary at 27. Directed by Adam Bhala Lough (MF Doom, Bomb The System), this 90 minutes film shot in two years between the US and Europe, premiered in Sundance this year is now available on DVD. As it says in the 1st video below, Wayne withdrew his support to the film after he saw the 1st version of it… This movie can’t be bad.
