Mario Bros. Vs Michelangelo

It’s absolutely useless but I guess this will strike any kids that grew up in the 80′s like me. Polish artist Kordian Lewandowski revisited Michelangelo’s Renaissance Masterpiece, The Pietà. He basicaly replaced Jesus and Mary by Mario and Princess Daisy. I don’t know if he’s laying down much of a statement on the original piece, but at least he got a post on The Drone’s blog.

AC4: Let's Go To War

Some of you may have seen this NME article about the reunion of Swedish hardcore band Refused. Well it is wrong. Singer Dennis Lyxzen and bass player David Sandström are indeed going on tour, but with a new band: AC4.

Only one song (Let’s Go To War) is available on their myspace, but here comes a backyard gig that sums up  in broad strokes the nature of this new project.
