This is a wonderful gem that somehow just appeared on the Tube a few weeks ago. Legendary electronic music pioneer Jean-Jacques Perrey makes a 1966 appearance on popular game show “I’ve got a secret”. Perrey presents the Ondioline, a vacuum tube-powered keyboard instrument invented in 1941, which was the predecessor of modern electronic synthesizer. He’s later joined by Gershon Kingsley (Popcorn) and they both perform Spooks in Space, a track from their classic album The In Sound From Way Out.
