This is the 28th album and the first on Domino Records for Mark E. Smith and his underlings.
So there’s been a lot of talking around the interwebs about this new record, and pretty much everybody agrees on the fact that it is a good album. A very good album, actually.
But to be honest: I don’t even care if it’s good or not. It’s The Fall for christ’s sake!
Just listen to it and salute.

A month ago, Brooklyn-based Yeasayer offered a bunch of goodies in exchange of your financial donnations for them to go to Uganda, which is probably the biggest joke of the year. They gathered 22 grands for their little journey to Africa, which prupose was to learn about the effects of the Ugandan civil war. Think what that money would have fixed over there for kids involved in it! Instead of paying for sending hypsters to African History class.
